"The place where poetry was impregnated by revolution and thus was born un-spoken word."

Spirit:
Meditation: Are You Waiting to Exhale?
The human spirit potentially is as diverse as the universe itself. In some faiths it is said to mirrored after THe ANCESTOR commonly called God. In some contexts it has been viewed as the will of the mind.  Which might give some an experience beyond what has now become human understanding (primative understanding). There was a time where our meditation led to levitation of body and spirit. The meeting place for the spirit and body was a place called the mind. Our connection greatest gift from THE ANCESTOR.  With the mind we have many great accomplishments (Pyramids, Helicopters and airplanes of ancient Kemet, surviving the Maafa).  Viewing the power of the mind we must learn to meditate to perserve it and build strength and power.  Taking a moment or two to get away from everything close your eyes and clear your mind of all thoughts of the day, week, month is extremely helpful.  Taking slow deep breaths in through your nose with mouth closed, expanding your belly with inhaled air releasing air from mouth slowly when belly can't take in any more air, repeating this cycle for several minutes thinking of nothing can be life changing for some.  Practicing this doen't mean you are deviating from your faith.  It just means that you are learning to heal your body and spirit by strengthening your mind.  Inhale positive exhale negative.  Now you can breath again!!!!

Body:
Garlic does the body good.  This ancient herb can be traced as far back as ancient Kemet (Egypt) 3200 B.C.. There were clay models of garlic bulbs placed in the tomb of Kemetic(Egyptian) King Tutankhamen.  There have also been recent finding on Kemetic (Egyptian) papyrus writings dating back to 1,500 B.C. that garlic can be used as a cure all for over 22 common ailments such as heart disease, high blood pressure, enhances immune system, etc. (see Codex Ebers).  If we have not included this in our menu maybe we should consider doing so.

Mind:
What Time Is It?
This question is asked when there is a lost track of time.  Many of you here today may feel that you may fall in that category after reading this information. Most of our calendars say this is the year 2009, but is it?  The Kemetic calendar consisted of 12 -30 day cycles which would total 360 days. There are 360 degrees in a circle which makes it complete as when a year comes full circle from it's starting point. In 1582 Pope Gregory VIII changed the calendar from 360 days to 365 days.  Here is a mathematical break down of where we might be right now.  The year 2009 minus 1582(the calendar change) =(Years of 5 added days)427.

So we multiply 427(years) x 5(added days) to try and account for lost time and  total =2,135 Days.  Then we divide 360(complete year) into 2,135= 5 years and 35 days. So by those standards is it 2009 or 2014?  And what's your real age? Forget that second question, the real question is......... WHAT TIME IS IT?
